LEASE DETAILS
If you're interested in leasing this unit, this is what you'll need to do:
1. Call and/or email for application and one will be emailed or mailed to
you.
2. Complete applications and return with the administration fee & photo
copy of your
identification. Include $50.00 per unmarried adult occupant, in cash, money
order or cashier's check (payable to CASH) non-refundable. This is for the
credit check.
3. Once the landlord has approved you as tenant, the lease is
prepared, signed by the tenant, your security deposits and first months rent
is sent in certified funds to the agent/landlord.
4. Once received you schedule a meeting with the agent for your keys and
additional instructions, if needed.
5. Make an appointment with the Homeowner's Association for orientation on
the complex and to schedule your elevator for move-in.
While it sounds complicated, I do the work
and ensure that the entire process is smooth and easy for all concerned.
LEASE FINANCIAL DEPOSIT / REFUND INFORMATION
Rent: $1,750 a month
Security: $1,750 (refundable on vacate)
Administration/credit check Fee: $50 per unmarried adult occupant
Key Deposit: $100 (refundable w/ all keys returned on vacate)
Cleaning Deposit $250 (refundable w/ cleaned unit on vacate)
Pet Deposit may be $550, refundable
Move-in elevator deposit $500 to the HOA, refunded if no damage to elevator
on movie-in date
HOA security deposit $1,250 this is for the common areas, no damage or
reported violations and it is refunded on vacate of unit.
RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING AND MAY CONSIDER PETS
