Second, I am out in the field every day and know every project and the ones coming. Third, if you go direct  to the builder you have no representation as the onsite builder's agents work for the builder. Do you know the important due diligence questions to ask? I do. Have you researched the builders and know of possible concerns to discuss? I have. Do you know the statistics of similar unit pricing or trends that could affect your purchase decision?
